lecchi
Lecchi in Chianti
"I have many fond memories of our three weeks in Italy but my favorite place was Lecchi in Chianti.  Lecchi is a town of around 150 permanent residents located between Florence and Siena.  The village is so small it wasn’t present on many of our maps."
Linda Recommends: Lecchi, Casa Sevelli, Ristorante Marlborgetto.

Another Traveler Raves about Lecchi
"I had the recent pleasure of spending two weeks in the Chianti region. Ten of us stayed at the villa Le Celle in Lecchi-in Chianti. The beauty and hospitality of this part of the region was all that I had hoped for. ... the Malborghetto restaurant lived up to its previous rave reviews."
Jo-Anne recommends: Lecchi, Malborghetto, Florence

Walking tour made Florence a special experience
"Here is the half-day tour I took that was very good, and they limit the number of people in each walking group: I observed the other walking tour companies.  Their groups were larger, making it more difficult to hear, and often times the tour leader had English as a second language and it was difficult to understand what they were saying."
Lori Recommends: Artviva Walking Tours and a restaurant in Florence.
